This study aims to analyze the factors that determine rural tourism competitiveness in Indonesia, measure each tourism, and discover gap between four provinces. adopts Travel Tourism Competitiveness Report (TTCR) Model from World Economic Forum, we develop combination PROMETHEE method GAIA plane. finds Giri Emas is with highest score of index compared others.
